Teachers required for Relieving work
We are on the look out for some star performers for our Blenheim region - we have a demand for relievers at our centres and we have a range of long-term, short-term and day to day employment. Relievers are crucial to our centres, whether it is covering sick leave, study leave or holidays our centres can’t function without good, reliable relievers to step in and help out.
What we offer:
Flexibility with your days and hours
Access to our great professional development programmes
Easy to use reliever booking system
Opportunities to experience different teaching styles and philosophies
Why be a Reliever:
Relieving is the best way to get a foot in the door - experience the different centres and work out the best fit for you. We often look to our reliever pool first to cover roles. However if you are happy to remain a reliever- we offer great flexibility with a system that allows you to monitor and control your own work-life balance with your calendar.
At BestStart we always look to our Reliever Team first for possible teachers for permanent roles in our centres, although you will still need to go through the normal recruitment process.
Our philosophy is to encourage centres to create their own unique identity to best meet the needs of their community and as a result BestStart is as diverse as the families who attend our centres.
